Tuition/Classes
All new students must submit a signed Registration Form, Signed Waiver Forms, Signed Photo and Video Release Form and initial tuition payment in full prior to enrollment. Students will automatically be enrolled in classes for the entire year (Sept-June) unless we are notified otherwise.

All classes are $14 each. Tuition for each 6 week session must be paid in full in order for students to participate. Members of the same family taking classes will receive a 10% discount (not valid with any other offers or discounts and family members must reside in the same household). Students taking more than 3 dance classes per week will receive 10% discount (not valid with any other offers or discounts). Drop-in rate for any class is $17.

Each session is 12 weeks and divided into two tuition cycles. Tuition is due in full by the first day of each tuition cycle (every 6 weeks) and is not transferable between students. Any returned checks will be subject to an additional $30 fee. Tuition is non-refundable.

Students must meet the age requirement for any class by the first day of November of the current calendar year. All three year old students need to be potty trained to enroll in class.

Make-up classes must be done within 30 days of the missed class and the make-up class must be the same level or lower than the missed class. In the event class is cancelled due to weather or other reason, students may make up the class in the same level or lower than the cancelled class. In the event of a serious injury or illness, students with a doctor’s note may receive class credit which can be redeemed up to one year following the date of injury/sickness. **Adult dance students can make-up a missed class in any fitness class.

Tuition/Calendar

There are a total of 3 sessions throughout the year – Fall, Winter, and Spring. Each session is 12 weeks long and tuition is due every 6 weeks. Our Summer session is separate and usually shorter.

Dress Code for Dance Classes

Proper dress is required for all classes. It is crucial for the instructor to make sure their students are working correctly with proper alignment and technique.

Ballet – Girls should wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair secured in a bun, a black chiffon ballet wrap skirt (optional), ballet fitted sweater may be worn during the colder months. Boys should wear a white or black fitted t-shirt, black tights, and black ballet shoes.
Jazz and Jazz Funk– Girls should wear a black leotard, black tights or black jazz pants, black jazz shoes, and hair secured in a ponytail. Boys should wear a white or black fitted t-shirt, black tights or black jazz pants and black jazz shoes.
Contemporary – Same as jazz dress code but no shoes.
Tap – Same as jazz dress code but with black tap shoes.
Dance Team Tech – Same as the jazz dress code.
Budding Ballerinas – Girls should wear a pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and hair secured in a bun. Boys should wear a white or black fitted t-shirt, black tights, and black ballet shoes.
Dancing Stars – Girls should wear a pink or black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and hair secured in a bun. Boys should wear a white or black fitted t-shirt, black tights, black ballet shoes and black tap shoes.
Pre-Ballet + Tap – Girls should wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes, and hair secured in a bun. Boys should wear a white or black fitted t-shirt, black ballet shoes and black tap shoes.

*Adults taking Ballet may wear black tights or black leggings with a black leotard.

** No jewelry except stud earrings allowed in dance classes.

Dress Code for Fitness Classes

General – Proper shoes should be worn for fitness classes (excluding Yoga), fitness attire including tank tops, tee shirts, shorts or pants are acceptable, no street clothes or street shoes allowed.

Class Placement

Instructors will evaluate each student and place them in the class level that is appropriate based on experience and ability. Every student progresses at his or her own rate and will be placed in the level in which the instructor feels is most beneficial. Free trial classes will be available to all new students for initial placement and evaluation.

Class Etiquette

Students are expected to be on time for class to ensure they are properly warmed-up. Students are expected to be respectful of their instructors and fellow classmates. There is no hanging or leaning on the ballet barres and no leaning on the mirrors. There is no talking during class. Students should thank their instructors after each class. Instructors may refuse to let a student participate if they are late to class, for not adhering to the dress code, for disruptive or disrespectful behavior or for any other reason that the instructor feels is appropriate.

Observation

Parents are allowed to observe dance classes the final week of every session to see what the students have accomplished. Please silence all cell phones if observing classes in the studio.

General

No gum is allowed on the premises.
No street shoes are allowed in the dance studio.
No food or drink besides water is allowed in the studios or dressing areas.
No cell phones are allowed in the dance studio during dance classes.
We are not responsible for any valuables which are lost or stolen.

Drop-off/Pick-up

Students waiting for their parents to pick them up should wait inside the building until their parent arrives. We are not responsible for any students who do not follow this policy. Parking is available in the parking lot. Please use caution when crossing the parking lot.
